Song of Divine Mercy
The music for Song of Divine Mercy was written in 2014 by Nancy Darling for the Sunday of Divine Mercy. This song was recorded August 21, 2016 at the 6pm Mass at Spirit of Life and sung by Janelle Thomas, Jess Friesz and Nancy Darling. The words for Song of Divine Mercy come from Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska's DIARY, 476, and include the decade prayers of the Divine Mercy Chaplet. If I...Do Not Have Love
Taken from 1 Corinthians 12:31-13:4,7d-8,13f, here are the words to If I...Do Not Have Love:

Strive eagerly for the greatest spiritual gifts. But I show you a still more excellent way.
If I speak in human and angelic tongues, but do not have love, I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal. And if I have the gift of prophecy and comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge; if I have all faith so as to move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away everything I own, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind.
It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. So faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Communion Antiphon II - Rice
Communion Antiphon sung by the Diaconate Ordination Choir, Bismarck ND

(from Simple Choral Gradual - Richard Rice CMAA)

I tell you solemnly, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours, says the Lord.
Mark 11:23, 24

1. O Lord, hear my cry! Listen to my prayer! From the ends of the earth I call: my heart is faint.
2. On the rock too high for me to reach set me on high, O you who have been my refuge, my tower against the foe.
3. Let me dwell in your tent for ever and hide in the shelter of your wings. For you, O God, hear my prayer, grant me the heritage of those who fear you.
4. May you lengthen the life of the king: may his years cover many generations. May he ever sit enthroned before God: bid love and truth be his protection. So I will always praise your name and day after day fulfill my vows.
Psalm (60) 61: 1-8

Panis Angelicus
Sung by the Diaconate Ordination Choir - Nov. 17, 2013
Tune: LAMBILLOTTE PANIS Text: St. Thomas Aquinas

1. Panis Angelicus fit panis hominum;
Dat panis caelicus figuris terminum:
O res mirabilis! Manducat Dominum.
Pauper, servus et humilis.

2. Te trina Deitas, unique poscimus,
Sic nos tu visita, sicut te colimus:
Per tuas semitas duc nos quo tendimus,
Ad lucem quam inhabitas.
