Funeral Luncheon Ministry

Spirit of Life is known for their willingness to prepare and serve the funeral luncheon to families following the funeral service of their loved one. This is the greatest gift of love and caring we can show our fellow parishioner during such a difficult and sad time in their life.

We have Funeral Luncheon Teams who rotate on a two week schedule to prepare the funeral lunches. We furnish sandwiches and call people from our parish who have volunteered to donate food such as  salads, casseroles and bars for the funeral.

I invite you to be a part of this ministry. You may volunteer to serve on one of the teams, to donate a food item for funeral lunches, or to do both.
