Catholic Daughters

Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA):

Court St Cecelia # 362 of Mandan was established April 29, 1919. Meetings are on the 2nd Monday of each month except June, July, and August. We have about 240 members from St Joseph’s, Christ the King, and Spirit of Life Parishes, as well as members from nearby communities.

Programs throughout the year will include concerns of today’s church and society, as well as issues that affect the well-being of women and children.

Spiritually, we focus on ways we can become more spiritual through prayer, works of kindness compassion and charity, on a local, state, and national level.

CDA members donate to charities, administer scholarship programs and strive a “to be helping hands” where there is pain, poverty, sorrow, or sickness.

Our Court sponsors an annual retreat “A Morning of Reflection”. All Catholic women are welcome to the retreat and to any meetings.

CDA members of Court St Cecelia #362 have opportunities to model stewardship by sharing of their time, talent & treasures as they live out the mission of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, which is “ to embrace the principles of faith, working through love in the promotion of justice, equality, and the advancement of human rights and human dignity for all.”
